Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with marketing, communications, and project teams to deliver compelling visual assets for campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.

Design brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, social media content, and other marketing collateral to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

Translate project briefs and stakeholder requirements into visually engaging solutions that effectively communicate key messages.

Prepare and refine artwork for production, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to technical specifications.

Maintain consistency in visual identity across all platforms and materials, reinforcing the company s brand image.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and innovation.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.

Liaise with external vendors, printers, and agencies as needed to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design assets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a professional setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across print and digital media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Solid understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and branding principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
  • Experience working in an office-based environment.
  • Familiarity with the real estate is a MUST.
