Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging graphics and layouts for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Develop original illustrations, icons, and infographics to enhance storytelling and user engagement.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring high-quality final deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining consistency across all visual assets.
- Prepare and optimize files for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and support the development of brand identity systems.
- Maintain organized archives of design assets and project files for easy retrieval and future use.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and reflect the latest design trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design projects.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and receive constructive feedback.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and managing priorities.
- Familiarity with branding, marketing, and user experience principles.
- Adaptability to evolving project requirements and openness to learning new techniques.
