Roles & Responsibilities

Create visually engaging graphics and layouts for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts that align with Ecoway s brand identity and sustainability mission.

Translate complex ideas and eco-friendly product features into clear, compelling visual content.

Ensure consistency of visual elements across all company platforms and marketing materials.

Prepare and deliver final design files in appropriate formats for production and digital use.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and product launches.

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, especially those related to sustainability and eco-friendly branding.

Work within project timelines and manage multiple design tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results.

Maintain an organized archive of design assets and project files for future reference.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or product-focused environment.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design styles.

Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.

Ability to interpret and visually communicate sustainability concepts and eco-friendly messaging.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
