Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with a proven track record in shaping and leading brand identities. This role goes beyond execution you will set the creative direction, define our visual standards, and ensure every design element across the company reflects a cohesive and powerful brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and evolution of the company s brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Establish clear visual guidelines and creative directions for the design team and other stakeholders.
  • Conceptualize and design impactful campaigns across digital, print, events, and learning materials.
  • Translate complex ideas into compelling and visually consistent storytelling.
  • Oversee and review the work of other designers to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and training teams to drive visually engaging solutions that meet strategic goals.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with strong expertise in brand identity creation and management.
