Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including marketing materials, user interfaces, and product branding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
Develop visual assets for ERP and business application interfaces, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
Create engaging illustrations, icons, and infographics to enhance user experience and product communication.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for visual storytelling and brand development.
Prepare and deliver final artwork files in appropriate formats for web, mobile, and print production.
Maintain and update a library of design assets, templates, and style guides for ongoing projects.
Ensure all designs adhere to company standards, accessibility requirements, and industry best practices.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of graphics into software products.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
2-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Cupcut and Figma or Sketch).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design projects.
Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free designs.
Experience designing for business applications, SaaS products, or ERP systems is a plus.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design best practices.
Willingness to work onsite and contribute to a collaborative office environment.
