Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design creatives for digital campaigns, social media, print, showrooms, and events.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all business units under MATGR.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to produce high-impact campaigns.
  • Handle design revisions and manage time-sensitive deliverables.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels) optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Optimize videos for platform-specific formats and trends

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography.
  • Experience in both digital and print design is required.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environ
  • Proven experience in short-form video editing and creation not less than 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to work full time from office

Desired Candidate Profile

3 + years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio.
