Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience, ideally with a strong background in digital agencies.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing division to deliver high-quality visual assets that support storytelling, performance campaigns, and cross-channel marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong visual concepts for campaigns, websites, landing pages, and social media content.
  • Create complete brand identity packages (logos, brand guidelines, visual systems).
  • Translate briefs into impactful designs aligned with brand objectives and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive creative work.
  • Produce print-ready materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and roll-ups.
  • Maintain design consistency while introducing innovative visual ideas.
  • Update and refine existing design assets and templates.
  • Work within tight timelines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proven experience in social media visuals, advertising designs, and campaign creatives.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics or simple animation is a strong plus.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and convert them into effective visual outputs.
  • A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your best work.
  • High sense of ownership, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Based in Cairo with the ability to work on-site in Maadi.
