Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a wide range of visual assets including digital graphics, social media content, presentations, infographics, brochures, and event materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual communications.
  • Create engaging layouts for both online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Support the development of branding materials such as logos, templates, and style guides.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and priorities effectively.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our creative output.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (2 4 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in corporate or agency settings.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, XD) or other relevant tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across print and digital mediums.
  • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to bring abstract concepts to life visually.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Motion graphics or video editing experience.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
  • Experience designing for the consulting or industrial sector is a plus.
