Collaborate with marketing, communications, and training teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with brand guidelines.

Create engaging layouts and graphics for presentations, course materials, and promotional campaigns.

Ensure consistency of visual identity across all company materials and channels.

Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and videos to support various projects and campaigns.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand presence.

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the aviation and education sectors.

• Proficient in strong>Adobe After Effects/strong>
• strong>1 year Experience in motion design, animation, and video production/strong>
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across digital and print media.
• Excellent understanding of visual composition, typography, and color theory.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with branding principles and maintaining visual consistency.
