Roles & Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for both digital and print media. This role involves working closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver design solutions that align with the company’s brand identity. The ideal candidate should be a creative and detail-oriented designer with a passion for visual storytelling, branding, and design trends.

The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Digital Graphics
  1. Social Media Posts: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter posts and stories
  2. Infographics: Visual representations of data, processes, or concepts
  3. Animated GIFs: For use on social platforms, websites, or emails
  4. Banner Ads: Display ads for digital marketing campaigns
  • Print Materials
  1. Flyers & Brochures: Promotional materials for events, products, or services
  2. Business Cards: Customized card designs for brand identity
  3. Posters & Banners: Large-scale prints for events or store displays
  4. Billboards: Eye-catching and impactful designs for large-scale outdoor advertising
  5. Catalogs & Magazines: Design layouts, typography, and image placement for printed publications
  • Videos & Animation
  1. Explainer Videos: Animated or motion graphics videos that explain a product or service
  2. Video Ads: Short promotional videos for social media or websites
  • Event & Marketing Collateral
  1. Event Invitations: E-vites or print invitations for corporate events or product launches
  2. Event Signage: Directional signs, banners, and posters for events or trade shows
  3. Swag & Merchandise: Designing branded merchandise such as T-shirts, mugs, or tote bags

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in both print and digital design.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Knowledge of web design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Creative Skills: Ability to generate creative ideas and deliver effective design solutions for various marketing channels.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across projects.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with team members.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of design work, showcasing creativity and proficiency in design tools.
