Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Create visually stunning and impactful designs for various marketing and advertising materials, including print and digital campaigns, branding collateral, social media graphics, and more.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine design concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Ensure consistent and cohesive branding across all projects and platforms.

Work closely with clients to understand their design needs, provide creative solutions, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

Utilize typography, layout, and composition principles to create engaging and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Maintain high attention to detail and quality in all design work, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Meet project deadlines while maintaining design excellence.

Working with a team of designers

Working on large projects

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience in an advertising agency or similar setting.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and technical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A keen eye for design trends and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
