Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
•Design and produce engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels covers, banners) for internal and external platforms.
•Create promotional and marketing materials including flyers, brochures, emailers, and digital ads.
•Develop and maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
•Collaborate with the marketing and management team to conceptualise and execute design briefs.
•Edit and retouch images and graphics as required.
•Stay updated on design trends, social media best practices, and brand aesthetics.
•Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
•Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
•Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
•Strong portfolio demonstrating social media and marketing design work.
•Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
•Experience in the beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or healthcare industry is a plus.
•Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut).
•Familiarity with content scheduling tools such as Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
