• Adapt and resize graphics for different social media platforms and formats.


• Conceptualize ideas and define design solutions that meet marketing goals.


• Edit and finalize graphic concepts to a high standard of quality and accuracy.


• Communicate effectively with teammates to understand project requirements thoroughly.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.


• Contribute to brainstorming sessions with team members to foster creative ideas.


• Ensure visual consistency across all social media designs and trends are applied.


• Evaluate and recommend new tools and techniques to enhance design processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.


• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer specifically for social media content.


• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.


• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative social media design work.


• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.


• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.


• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly.
