Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Execute creative concepts for print and digital materials, including brochures, signage, advertisements, and social media content.

Create animation and motion graphics to enhance visual communication and increase audience engagement across various platforms.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver cohesive visual communication aligned with brand guidelines.

Design compelling graphics for product packaging, labels, and promotional campaigns targeting diverse agricultural markets.

Maintain and evolve the company s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards.

Prepare artwork for production, ensuring all files meet technical specifications for both print and digital output.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.

Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, motion graphics techniques, and best practices to continuously improve creative quality.

Work closely with external suppliers, printers, and agencies to ensure accurate and professional execution of design projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across print and digital media.
Ability to interpret briefs and translate complex concepts into visually engaging designs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic office environment.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques as needed.
