Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop visually engaging graphics and layouts for digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and editorial teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions for campaigns and projects.
- Translate complex ideas and concepts into clear, compelling visual assets.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for branding, advertising, and promotional materials.
- Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from team members and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge design solutions.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all visual assets and deliverables.
- Support the creation and maintenance of a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic or visual design roles.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design styles.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience with both print and digital media design.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
