Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing marketing materials, with a primary focus on designing flyers and flyer templates aligned with brand guidelines. This role requires strong project management skills to handle multiple design tasks simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality designs that effectively communicate key messages and support marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Creation
Design flyers and flyer templates based on brand specifications and marketing goals
Create visually appealing, on-brand designs that effectively communicate messages and engage the target audience
Work on various design tasks as required, with a primary focus on flyers and potential expansion to other marketing materials
Project & Time Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials
Prioritize design tasks effectively, balancing short-term deadlines and long-term design goals
Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure design requirements and project timelines are met
Collaboration & Feedback
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand design needs and project requirements
Make revisions to designs based on constructive feedback while maintaining design integrity and meeting deadlines
Desired Candidate Profile
This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client s time zone.
Qualifications Experience
1 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software
Skills
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles
Good communication skills and the ability to accept and implement feedback effectively
Ability to create designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
