Your Responsibilities

• Prepare professional client presentations (resale, primary, valuation, services, and offers)
• Create listing visuals and posts for Meta platforms and social media
• Edit and optimize property photos for platforms such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder
• Design mood boards and visual references for the interior design team
• Create offer decks and visuals for service and package sales
• Produce static creatives (stills) for paid advertising campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Organize and manage design files and assets

What You Will Own

• Visual quality of all listings and presentations
• Brand consistency across platforms
• Creative readiness for sales teams and media buying campaigns

What You Will NOT Be Responsible For

• Copywriting or content strategy
• Managing advertising campaigns
• Direct client communication

Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills and visual sense
• Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar
• Experience in photo editing and enhancement (especially real estate imagery)
• Strong eye for layout, color, and composition
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Real estate experience is a plus (not mandatory)
