Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design creative visual materials for events, including branding, stage designs, banners, invitations, backdrops, and digital screens.

Develop and design marketing assets for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and promotional campaigns.

Collaborate closely with the events, marketing, and content teams to ensure visuals align with campaign goals and event concepts.

Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and deliverables.

Create engaging illustrations, layouts, infographics, and motion graphics to support brand storytelling.

Edit and enhance photos and visuals for use across different platforms.

Stay updated on design trends, especially in the events and media industry, to bring innovative ideas to each project.

Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house experience preferred).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).

Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across various media.

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.

Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing visuals.

Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate design concepts clearly.
