Roles & Responsibilities

Visual and Creative Design

  • Create designs for various media platforms, including social media, websites, print materials, digital ads, and banners.
  • Develop and maintain the company s visual identity, ensuring all designs align with the brand guidelines.

Creative Project Development and Execution

  • Translate ideas and concepts into visually compelling designs

Image and Video Editing

  • Enhance and edit images to meet marketing needs.
  • Design and produce motion graphics when required.

Collaboration with Internal and External Teams

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure design consistency with marketing messages.
  • Coordinate with printers and advertising agencies to ensure the highest quality execution of designs.

Design Innovation and Trend Awareness

  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the quality of visual content.

File Management and Deliverables

  • Organize and archive design files professionally to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Meet deadlines and deliver projects on time.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3 + years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in Manufacturing/production, or refrigeration sectors, cold & clean rooms also thermal doors).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, premiere, After Effects is a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work across digital and print.
  • Excellent understanding of branding and visual storytelling. Ability to adapt designs across different brand identities and target audiences. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle feedback constructively.
