Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Finalize design visually compelling graphics for print and , including billboard,
- Collaborate and print production staff to understand project requirements and deliver print solutions.
- Prepare and finalize artwork for print production, ensuring accuracy in color, layout, and file specifications.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and adhere to established guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to enhance creative output.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for various formats and platforms, maintaining high quality standards.
- 3-6 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a print or creative agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design software.
- Solid understanding of print production processes, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced office setting.
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
- Experience adapting designs for various formats and platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
- Willingness to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- 3 Rotating Shifts, 1 Shift per Week.
- Prefer have excellent color accuracy, and have a high level of focus
Desired Candidate Profile
3-6 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a print or creative agency environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design software.
Solid understanding of print production processes, color theory, and typography.
