Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop creative visual concepts and designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with consultants, coaches, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging solutions that align with brand guidelines.
Create compelling infographics, icons, and illustrations to support HR consulting services and client communications.
Design and update templates for internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all materials.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Adapt and repurpose existing assets for various platforms and formats, optimizing for web, mobile, and print.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and brand impact.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to achieve desired outcomes.
Maintain an organized library of design assets and ensure proper version control.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
Skills:
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent visual, typographic, and layout skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of branding principles and ability to maintain visual consistency.
- Experience designing for social media, web, and print platforms.
- Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
- Time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design projects.
