Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, a passion for creating visually compelling designs, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly through visual mediums. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create graphics that enhance our brand and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and product packaging.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative concepts and ensure consistency across all visual materials.

Create and maintain design templates for internal and external use.

Produce and manage high-quality images, illustrations, infographics, and videos to support marketing campaigns.

Work with printers and other external vendors to ensure the final product meets quality standards and deadlines.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the creative process and outputs.

Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines, communicating the brand's voice and identity effectively.

Revise and update designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

Maintain a well-organized design file system for easy access and reference.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.

Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

Experience in both print and digital design, with a keen understanding of how designs translate across different media.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills to understand and interpret project requirements effectively.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality and consistency.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with web design, UI/UX design, or motion graphics.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS or web development basics is a plus.

Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
