Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design on-brand graphics for social media, website banners, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong branding elements across all touchpoints.
  • Prepare and resize artwork for print (posters, packaging stickers, flyers, banners, etc.), ensuring correct bleed, sizing, resolution, and color profiles (CMYK/RGB).
  • Adapt existing designs into multiple formats for Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and print.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to brainstorm concepts and translate ideas into visuals.
  • Conduct product photography/videography when needed.
  • Stay updated on beauty trends, visual styles, and viral content formats.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in social media design, branding, and video editing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.

Experience in beauty, makeup, or perfume content creation is a strong plus.

Understanding of sizing, bleed, DPI, and exporting files for both digital and print.

Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube formats and trends.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.

Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
