As a Graphic Designer at WonderEight, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and impactful design assets that align with a client s brand identity and marketing objectives. You will collaborate closely with the creative team, account managers, and client to produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, layouts, and multimedia elements. Your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the agency s creative output.

Your Role is to:

Design Creation: Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to brand collateral, social media content, print and digital advertisements, packaging, website graphics, and more.

Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency and adherence to client brand guidelines while developing creative and impactful designs.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Visual Trends: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities.

Presentation: Present design concepts and ideas to clients, explaining creative choices and addressing any questions or concerns.

Quality Control: Review and refine design work to ensure it meets the agency s and clients quality standards, paying attention to detail, aesthetics, and brand alignment. Manage and maintain brand assets, templates, and design libraries.

Feedback Implementation: Seek feedback and proactively engage in continuous learning to enhance design skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on packaging, comms and/or social media designs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva & Ai tools.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop visually compelling design concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and discuss design ideas with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing project needs and priorities.
• Time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Able to work at the Saudi workweek Sundays through Thursdays.
