Develop unique visual identities for specific events (conferences, festivals, product launches), including mood boards, color palettes, typography, and logo design that align with the event's theme and target audience.

Create visually compelling assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email newsletters, digital ads, and website landing pages to drive attendance.

Design and prepare print-ready files for physical marketing materials such as flyers, posters, direct mailers, brochures, and save-the-date cards.

Design all on-site signage to ensure a seamless guest journey, including directional signs, registration desk banners, step-and-repeats (photo backdrops), and room identification signs.

Layout and design all printed materials used during the event, such as attendee agendas, programs, menus, tent cards, VIP itineraries, and lanyard inserts.

Design graphics for event apps, countdown timers, and interactive screens used for check-in or information kiosks on-site.

Liaise with the Event Manager, Marketing team, and external sponsors to understand design needs, gather content (speaker photos, sponsor logos), and ensure all visuals align with contractual obligations.

Work directly with printers, sign shops, and merchandise vendors to ensure color accuracy, material suitability, and strict adherence to production timelines.

Conduct on-site visits during setup to verify that all printed signage and graphics are installed correctly, match the design specifications, and are free of errors.

Organize and maintain a digital library of all event assets, including logos, fonts, photos, and past campaign materials for future reference.
