Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to design marketing collaterals, ad banners, and digital assets for our Super App. The ideal candidate will have strong visual storytelling skills and experience creating impactful designs for social media, mobile apps, and web campaigns. You’ll work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure all visuals align with Amozit’s brand identity and campaign goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce marketing collaterals including digital banners, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials. Create ad creatives for online campaigns (Meta, Google, Snapchat, etc.) optimized for performance. Design app banners, category icons, splash screens, and in-app visuals to enhance the user interface and experience. Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize campaigns and ensure design alignment with messaging. Adapt designs for different formats — print, digital, and mobile. Work with performance marketing teams to A/B test creative variations and optimize designs for engagement and conversion. Stay updated on design trends, digital marketing styles, and competitor visuals. Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and ensure timely delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital design, preferably in a tech, startup, or app-based company. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, or Figma). Strong understanding of digital and social media design principles (aspect ratios, resolutions, responsiveness). Ability to design for Arabic and English markets (bilingual designs are a plus). Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (preferred). Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage feedback constructively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred Skills: Experience designing for mobile apps, e-commerce, or super app environments. Knowledge of UI/UX design basics. Familiarity with social media ad guidelines (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google). Photography or illustration skills are a plus.
