Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Design Management
Discuss design objectives and requirements with stakeholders.
Estimate project timelines and manage design schedules.
Prepare design briefs and ensure alignment with brand requirements.
Support product advertising in line with brand guidelines.
2. Campaign Management
Produce visuals for marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
Work across various media and design software to create innovative concepts.
Adapt designs within time and budget constraints.
Present concepts, incorporate feedback, and finalize designs.
3. People Management & Teamwork
Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
Coordinate with colleagues to share information and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate records of all design assets for current and past campaigns.
4. Generic Competencies
High attention to detail, accuracy, and independent judgment.
Cultural sensitivity, integrity, and discretion.
Ability to negotiate briefs, adapt to team environments, and maintain professionalism.

On behalf of our client, a leading company in Oman, we are inviting applications from qualified professionals for the position of Graphic Designer.
Candidate Profile
- Strong creativity with the ability to produce engaging visuals for marketing materials, packaging, websites, exhibitions, and corporate identity.
- Experience working within the FMCG industry or similar commercial environments.
- Ability to translate business objectives into cohesive design concepts aligned with brand culture and goals.
- Skilled in collaborating with marketing, sales, and copywriting teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of Middle Eastern culture and design preferences.
Academic & Professional Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
- Membership in professional bodies such as CSD or ISTD preferred.
- Additional certifications in 3D design, communication design, fine arts, illustration, photography, film/television, or visual arts.
- Valid driving license.
Experience
- 3 5 years of professional experience in commercial design, ideally with a marketing or creative agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across print and digital media.
- Experience in creating designs for marketing campaigns, product advertising, and brand promotion.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, QuarkXPress, Dreamweaver.
- Experience in WordPress templates and web design.
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Ability to develop mockups, multimedia presentations, and digital layouts.
- Strong conceptual, visual, and creative abilities.
- Up-to-date awareness of design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging creative techniques.
