Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain brand visual identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.
Define and execute the brand style guidelines for internal and external use.
Design engaging social media visuals that reflect brand tone and personality.
Create product marketing education materials to educate businesses and investors.
Design compelling digital ads creatives for performance campaigns.
Develop landing pages for product launches and marketing campaigns, with a focus on conversion.
Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-impact marketing assets.
Support video and multimedia needs; motion graphics experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in fintech, product marketing, or SaaS.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience in landing page design using Figma or similar tools.
Solid understanding of digital ads and creative best practices.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles to ensure a seamless user experience.
Motion graphics experience is a plus (After Effects or equivalent).
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments.
