Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality visuals that meet project specifications and deadlines.
  • Create visually engaging graphics and layouts for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify design needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with brand vision.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design materials and platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research and stay updated on design trends to incorporate fresh ideas and innovative solutions into projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling visual content that enhances campaigns and drives engagement.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field; formal education enhances creative skillsets.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design, with an ability to create visually appealing compositions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Familiarity with design principles and practices, as well as experience in branding and corporate identity projects.
  • Ability to take constructive criticism positively and adapt designs based on feedback to meet client expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail, ensuring precision and quality in all design outputs.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
