Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Ha il, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills, and a proven ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual content. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality designs for a variety of platforms, ensuring brand consistency and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for a wide range of materials, including but not limited to:
  
  • Digital marketing assets (social media graphics, web banners, email templates)
  • Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, reports)
  • Branding and identity (logos, brand guidelines, stationery)
  • Presentations and infographics
  • Packaging design (if applicable to your company)
  • Website UI/UX elements (basic understanding and collaboration with developers)
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Stay 1 up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Present design concepts to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively and iteratively.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and project files.
• Mentor junior designers (if applicable, adjust based on team structure).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an agency or a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including:
  
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere 2 Pro is a plus)
  • Figma or Sketch (for UI/UX related tasks, if applicable)
• Strong understanding of current design trends and best practices for both print and digital media.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail 3 and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to relocate to and work in Ha il, Saudi Arabia.
