Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Printing Press team. The role involves creating, editing, and preparing high-quality artwork for packaging and print production. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and ArtPro, with strong knowledge of prepress processes, color management, and packaging design standards.

• Create and develop designs for packaging, labels, brochures, and other print materials.
  
• Prepare and finalize artwork for prepress and print production.
  
• Work with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and ArtPro to ensure accurate file setup.
  
• Manage color separation, trapping, and imposition for print-ready files.
  
• Ensure all designs meet CMYK & Pantone color standards.
  
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output.
  
• Review and proof designs to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
  
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• 24 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a printing press / packaging industry.
  
• Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and ArtPro.
  
• Prior experience in prepress, color separation, and packaging design.
  
• Knowledge of printing processes (offset, flexo, digital, rotogravure).
  
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with production and operations teams.
