Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage packaging designs across product categories in line with brand and regulatory guidelines.
  • Create visual assets for branding campaigns, internal communications, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with external partners and internal departments for packaging artwork updates, reviews, and approvals.
  • Administer the GS1 barcode platform and maintain accurate SKU records.
  • Manage artwork approval workflows, including FOC requests, using internal systems.
  • Initiate and track PR and GRN processes in SAP for design and packaging materials.
  • Prepare payment requests, follow up on vendor quotations, and support procurement processes.
  • Track marketing-related expenditures against approved budgets and report variances.
  • Support internal stakeholders with design requirements while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and control marketing assets stored in the marketing warehouse.
  • Timely delivery of packaging artworks and marketing visuals.
  • Accuracy in artwork approvals, barcode generation, and SKU management.
  • Compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Successful execution of marketing campaigns with design support.
  • Adherence to approved marketing and design budgets.
  • Turnaround time for PR/GRN processing and vendor payments.
  • Accuracy in budget tracking and marketing asset management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must Have

  • Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in packaging and marketing design (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics and short-form video creation.
  • Experience designing digital and social media content.
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools for creative ideation.
  • Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and visual storytelling.
  • Solid knowledge of print production, packaging materials, dielines, and color management.
  • Experience with POSM and retail design.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to SAP, Salesforce, and GS1 systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
