Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design static ads, landing assets, and brand visuals
Produce short-form videos (UGC-style, motion, basic animation)
Adapt creatives across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon
Iterate fast based on performance feedback
Collaborate closely with media buyers and brand strategists
Desired Candidate Profile
Must Have
Agency background (agency ideally <10 years old)
Strong skills in Graphic Design + Video Editing
Experience creating UGC-style ads, short-form video, and motion graphics
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro / After Effects
Comfortable working fast, iterating often, and taking feedback
Nice to Have
Experience designing for Meta, TikTok, Google Ads
Understanding of performance marketing creatives
Basic animation or motion graphics skills
