Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and advertisements.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and multimedia content.
- Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video content and presentations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and video editing techniques to ensure innovative output.
- Prepare and optimize files for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and high-quality delivery.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve visual content.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-5 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing roles.
- Pervious Experience in Real Estate.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and incorporate changes efficiently.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client expectations.
