Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute visually stunning marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and website assets, that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual communications, ensuring a cohesive and professional brand identity.
- Create and modify illustrations, logos, and other graphics to support marketing campaigns and product launches, with a strong focus on originality.
- Prepare and manage print-ready files, ensuring accuracy, color correctness, and adherence to printing specifications, coordinating with vendors when needed.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to understand project requirements, offer creative solutions, and deliver high-quality designs within specified deadlines.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and explore innovative visual approaches.
- Create and design email templates, newsletters, and other digital marketing collateral that enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct image research, select appropriate stock photos, and edit images to enhance visual appeal and fit project requirements.
- Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and incorporating feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates proficiency in both digital and print design, with a strong understanding of file formats, print specifications, and pre-press processes.
- Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively present design concepts and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Exhibits strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all design work, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Exhibits fluency in English (written and verbal), with proficiency in additional languages a plus, facilitating effective communication with international teams.
- Demonstrates personal qualities such as creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure, meeting deadlines.
