Roles & Responsibilities

You ll be working alongside the MENA team of talented marketing specialists, supporting the creation of engaging, visually impactful content across multiple channels. Reporting into the MENA Creative lead, you ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life through design, motion, and video content that connects with audiences in the MENA region.

This role requires prior industry experience, but you ll need to demonstrate a strong creative eye, familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and an ability to show projects you ve worked on whether from university, freelance work, or personal passion projects. Experience or interest in Figma is a bonus.

Please note: This is a full time contractor role, paid gross in your local currency each month.

  • Support the MENA team in the development and execution of design, motion, and video content.br>
  • Assist in producing digital and social assets for campaigns, brand communications, and internal projects.br>
  • Work on a wide range of creative outputs from static design to animation and short-form video editing.br>
  • Collaborate closely with other creatives to ensure a consistent and high-quality visual identity.br>
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.br>
  • Help manage creative files, project organisation, and asset libraries.br>
  • Managing multiple creative projects at once, setting timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring everything is delivered on time and to a high standard.br>
  • Adapting global campaigns for local audiences, while also making sure that Mena s creative voice is represented.br>
  • Making sure everything we produce stays true to the Muzz brand while also pushing creative boundaries.

Desired Candidate Profile

We re looking for a passionate and ambitious Graphic & Motion Designer to join our growing MENA creative team. This role is designed for an emerging creative who s eager to learn, develop their craft, and gain hands-on experience working on the MENA region creative function. 2-3 years of experience in design and motion graphics

  • A creative thinker with a genuine passion for visual storytelling.
  • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Able to showcase examples of creative work or projects that demonstrate your skills and ideas.
  • Curious, proactive, and keen to learn from experienced creatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and take feedback.
