Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing materials, and event visuals.
- Design high-impact graphics and motion graphics for use across digital, print, and event platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the events and marketing teams to produce visually compelling presentations and campaign assets.
- Translate creative briefs into visually engaging content that aligns with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Think creatively and outside the box to propose unique, brand-consistent design solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries across all projects.
- Stay updated with current design, animation, and technology trends and apply them effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Motion Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both static and animated work.
- Exceptional creativity with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually striking designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of 3D software (e.g., Blender, Adobe Stager, Adobe Dimensions) is a significant plus.
- Experience creating content for social media, marketing campaigns, and large-scale events.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time and priorities independently.
