Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design Creation: Develop eye-catching designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media posts, website banners, property listings, and email campaigns.
  • Branding: Ensure all design work is consistent with the company’s branding guidelines and reflects the professionalism of the real estate sector.
  • Property Visuals: Create visually appealing property presentation materials, including digital brochures, property features, and virtual tours.
  • Social Media Assets: Design social media graphics and ads to support marketing campaigns and drive engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, agents, and management to understand design requirements and deadlines.
  • Revisions: Handle design revisions and updates as needed based on client feedback or evolving project requirements.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your design work in real estate or related industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Knowledge of web design and user experience principles is a plus.
  • Experience with real estate marketing materials (e.g., property brochures, floor plans, social media ads) is preferred.
  • Attention to detail, with a strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Availability to work on a flexible, project-based schedule.

  • Location: Al Quoz 1, Dubai
  • Working Days: Monday to Thursday
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Duration: 17th November to 16th December 2025
