Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the creation of high-quality graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials.

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all channels.

- Conceptualize original designs and present creative ideas to internal stakeholders.

- Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance on design best practices.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphics Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Knowledge of Figma or Sketch is a plus.

- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

- Education: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required with equivalent experience).

- Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
