Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Creation of marketing visuals:
- Design visuals for social networks (posts, stories, carousels)
- Create visuals for promotional campaigns and partner offers
- Adapt creations to the specificities of each platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Creation of commercial materials:
- Design posters for points of sale
- Produce flyers and field communication materials
- Adapt visuals to broadcast formats
Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams
- Understand the objectives and challenges of the campaigns
- Propose creative concepts and relevant visual axes
Adaptation & declination:
- Decline visuals on different formats and media
- Quickly adapt content according to needs
- Ensure compliance with Gifty's graphic charter
Production & reactivity:
- Produce visuals within short deadlines
- KPIs (performance indicators):
- Number of visuals produced
- Production time / reactivity
- Performance of visuals (engagement, conversion)
- Overall quality of deliverables
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile sought:
- Graphic design or visual communication
- Previous experience desired (internship included) or beginner profile with strong potential
- Portfolio required
Skills:
- Mastery of Pack Adob
- Good understanding of the codes of marketing and digital design
Qualities:
- Creativity and developed aesthetic sense
- Speed of execution
