Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement GRC policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor internal controls and governance standards
- Prepare compliance reports and documentation
- Coordinate risk mitigation strategies with departments
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Law, Finance, or related field
Professional certifications preferred
Minimum 7 10 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance
Experience in internal audit, risk management, and regulatory compliance
Skills & Competencies
Risk assessment and compliance management
Analytical and reporting skills
