Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement tailored sustainability strategies for clients across construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

  • Conduct environmental impact assessments and recommend eco-efficient solutions.
  • Support clients with compliance on local and international green building standards (e.g., LEED, BREEAM, ISO 14001).
  • Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and product teams to integrate sustainable practices into design and operations.
  • Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations to communicate sustainability plans and ROI.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops on sustainability best practices and innovations.
  • Track emerging sustainability trends and translate them into actionable client solutions.
  • Monitor project outcomes and provide ongoing optimization support.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability consulting or environmental strategy roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles, energy efficiency technologies, and carbon reduction strategies.
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks and certification systems (e.g., LEED, WELL, ISO 14001).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in sustainability software tools (e.g., LCA, energy modeling, carbon footprint calculators).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for environmental innovation and sustainable development.
