Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate grinding machines to finish cast/forged components

  • Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
  • Inspect components before and after grinding
  • Maintain grinding tools and equipment
  • Follow machine safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Coordinate with production and quality departments

Desired Candidate Profile

High School / ITI qualification

  • Machine Safety Training (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience operating grinding machines
  • Experience in casting or forging industry preferred
  • Knowledge of surface finish and dimensional tolerances
