For are a JAFZA-based manufacturing, engineering, and thermal spray & surface technology company looking to hire a Grit Blasting Operator to support our Thermal Spray operations. All necessary training will be provided by the company.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 2,250 – 2,500 + overtime (candidates with relevant experience) • Free accommodation and transportation provided by the company

• Carry out grit blasting operations as directed by the Thermal Spray Supervisor and Manager • Ensure customer requirements are met in accordance with documented procedures • Operate blasting equipment correctly and report any equipment faults immediately • Handle and process customer products safely and efficiently • Maintain accurate records of work performed and sign route cards correctly • Use process and test equipment that is in a known state of calibration • Ensure inspection and testing procedures are completed and documented properly • Maintain correct identification and status of products at all times • Report any non-conformances (NC) to the supervisor in a timely manner • Maintain the blasting booth, equipment, and work area • Follow all safety procedures and JAFZA EHS requirements • Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times and report any deficiencies • Ensure safety of personnel, visitors, and company equipment
