Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced Ground Control Operators to support live event productions in Jeddah. The Ground Control Operator plays a vital role in maintaining timing, cue accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency during live performances.

  • Dates: Thursday 13th February Friday 14th February

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in Ground Control, Follow Spot Operations, or similar live event lighting roles
  • Strong understanding of live show cueing and timing
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (clear, calm, and precise under pressure)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced live event environments
  • Familiarity with lighting terminology and follow spot workflows
  • Strong teamwork skills and professional attitude
  • Ability to remain focused during long show hours

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on concerts, festivals, theater productions, or large-scale live events
  • Previous work in high-pressure or broadcast-style environments
  • Knowledge of lighting control systems and show calling processes
