Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Ensure all departmental checklists, opening and closing procedures are being consistently completed, any required follow-up action is initiated, and forms/records are being filed appropriately
  • Ensure all Waivers and T&C s are signed before the experience commences
  • Book in and Check in customers to their relevant experience
  • Serve customers by helping them select products.
  • Help answer customers questions and queries
  • Directs customers to the experience they have chosen.
  • Provides outstanding customer service.
  • Manages financial transactions.
  • Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Deal with any internal or external customer requests
  • Handle minor complaints of the guests
  • Greet and direct customers
  • Provide accurate information (e.g., products, pricing, merchandise etc.)
  • Ensure merchandise areas are fully stocked
  • Desired Candidate Profile

    Job Essential:

    • Higher secondary or equivalent
    • 1 year as a front-line colleague in the entertainment / leisure industry, specifically Operations.
    • Has handled money transactions and worked with customers on a face-to-face basis.
