Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role is ideal for aviation professionals with strong operational leadership, safety awareness, and hands-on airport ground handling experience.
Supervise daily GSE and ramp operations to ensure safe and efficient performance
Manage operational teams, shift activities, and airport coordination
Ensure compliance with airport regulations, safety standards, and company procedures
Monitor GSE utilization, serviceability, and operational readiness
Coordinate with airlines, airport authorities, and operational stakeholders
Handle operational disruptions and provide immediate solutions during critical situations
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and on-time performance
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in airport ground handling or GSE operations
Previous experience as Duty Manager, Ramp Manager, GSE Supervisor, or similar operational role
Strong knowledge of airport ramp operations and safety procedures
Experience managing operational teams in a fast-paced airport environment
Familiarity with IATA / ICAO safety standards and airport operational regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Valid driving license preferred
Experience in multiple international airports is an advantage
