Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Account Planning Workshops & Strategic Refreshers Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of internal and customer-facing account planning workshops, annual refreshers, and strategic customer summits.
- Design agendas aligned to account priorities and growth objectives
- Structure breakout methodologies and facilitation frameworks
- Coordinate cross-BU participation and pre-workshop inputs
- Facilitate sessions and synthesize discussions into actionable insights
- Translate workshop outcomes into updated account plans, opportunity maps, and execution roadmaps
- Drive post-workshop governance and follow-through
Act as the central orchestrator to ensure workshops are outcome-driven, collaborative, and aligned to One Hitachi strategy. Account Planning Enablement & Strategy Support Support the Group Account Manager (GAM) in maintaining focused account plans informed by workshop insights and evolving customer priorities.
- Maintain structured player maps and strategic priorities
- Monitor progress against defined actions
- Identify constraints and support corrective actions
- Ensure account plans remain dynamic and execution-oriented
