Roles & Responsibilities


Job Description:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
Lead the identification of emerging market trends and opportunities.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of business development professionals.
Set ambitious targets and performance metrics, fostering a culture of excellence.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team s skills and knowledge.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with other senior leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Act as a primary point of contact for strategic clients and partnerships.
Client Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Present creative proposals and project quotations to clients.
Defend proposals and quotations, addressing any client concerns or questions effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
Monitor project progress and manage any changes in scope or client requirements.
BTL Business Line Growth:
Execute growth opportunities within existing BTL business, and successfully launch new opportunities.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and engaging design concepts.
Ensure all creative output aligns with the client s brand and project objectives.
Communication and Reporting:
Communicate project updates and status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Provide feedback and guidance to the creative team based on client input.
Prepare and present post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed strategic decisions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements.
Performance Evaluation and Improvement:
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital creative production.
Identify areas for process optimization and implement changes to enhance team efficiency.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the business development team.
Work closely with the executive team to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
Provide regular updates on business development initiatives, progress, and challenges.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to drive integrated strategies
Requirements Skills:
7-8 Years of experience.
Bachelor s degree.
Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
Working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Strong presentation skills
Experience in managing people and teams
Possess a creative mindset
