Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Group Advisory Project Management Officer to join our Group Operating Model Advisory Team within Group Transformation & Advisory.

The Group Transformation & Advisory Department are responsible for driving enterprise-wide synergies, shaping governance structures, and fostering alignment across the Saudi Aramco Group's diverse businesses.

As a trusted advisor to senior management, you will play a pivotal role in group-level transformation, and value creation. Your primary role is to drive the groups mindset and behaviors to support accelerated growth of Aramco Group. You will oversee the ideation, design and implementation of a set of high visibility initiatives to accelerate Aramco's evolution towards a global company enabling the creation of a unified and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact strategic initiatives to foster group alignment, operational efficiencies, and value creation across the Saudi Aramco Group.
  • Design and implement governance frameworks that standardize processes while allowing flexibility for business unit-specific needs.
  • Leverage automation and technology to enable "Insights Driven Organization"
  • Drive organizational change and mindset shifts, ensuring the successful adoption of new operating models.
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership, helping navigate the complexities of group-wide transformation.
  • Mentor and guide teams in effective program execution, governance, and strategic transformation.
  • Secure approvals, allocate budgets, and mobilize resources for high-priority transformation programs.
  • Strengthen corporate identity and brand positioning, fostering a cohesive and inclusive culture across group entities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business and Management or a related major. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience, preferably in top-tier consulting firms, sovereign wealth funds, or multinational group advisory roles.
  • Strong experience in post-merger integration (PMI), organizational transformation, and governance models.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive synergies across diverse business units with measurable impact.
  • Deep understanding of corporate strategy, operational alignment, and value creation within a complex group structure.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align leadership teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Proven experience mentoring and guiding organizations through large-scale transformations.
